Our team is growing and we’re on the lookout for a Marketing Coordinator to join us in our Wellington offices. In this role you will be responsible for the coordination of data-driven marketing activities across three distinct business units while ensuring campaign excellence. Working closely with our Performance and Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you'll be the central coordination point for marketing activities, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns that deliver measurable results for our clients.
What you’ll be doing
Coordinate marketing campaigns and activities across three client business units.
Manage campaign approval workflows and sign-off processes.
Review campaign materials for brand consistency, compliance, and quality standards.
Liaise with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide status updates.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of approvals and campaign specifications.
Support the Performance and Lifecycle Marketing Manager with reporting and insights.
What you’ll bring
2-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a consultancy or agency environment.
Strong understanding of data-driven marketing principles and practices.
Excellent coordination and project management skills.
Experience with marketing approval processes and compliance requirements.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational abilities.
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in marketing tools and project management platforms.
