In another life, Bridget could have been a palaeontologist. As a child, her favourite animal was any kind of dinosaur – a topic she can still reel off facts about for days. And while the digging she does today is in data, her obsession with detail hasn’t changed.

Bridget has spent her entire career in the measurable, scientific side of marketing and loyalty programs. And with many of those years spent in the retail space, she’s learned just how important it is to make the customer count.

If Bridget could choose a superpower, it would be the ability to see into the future. She’ll settle for being an uncanny multitasker who thrives under pressure. She believes every crisis is an opportunity, finding no greater thrill than when the chips are down and the stakes are high.

What excites Bridget most is seeing her team get in sync, delivering solutions that truly land with customers. If this moment had a theme song, she’d pick We’ve Only Just Begun by The Carpenters. Because while a lot’s been achieved, the most exciting stuff is still to come.
