Before she became a specialist in loyalty and customer engagement, Donna cut her teeth in the fast-paced world of creative agencies. Working with clients across retail, insurance and banking, she’s an absolute natural at building relationships.
Above all, Donna thrives on racking up wins for her clients and her team. Her not-so-secret superpower? Figuring out exactly what someone’s trying to achieve, then finding the right recipe to make it happen.
Outside of work, Donna is proud to be a fun auntie (or “funtie” as she calls it). That means taking on the role of pit crew for her go-karting nephew. She fires up the club BBQ, cooks up egg and bacon baps, and fuels her nephew’s dreams of replacing Liam Lawson.
