Guy built his first computer at 12 and has spent the rest of his life figuring out how things work. He loves untangling a complex problem and is always looking for smarter, faster ways of working.

For Guy, a morning spent streamlining a clunky process is better than coffee. His superpower is dropping into any situation, quickly making sense of it, and getting things on track. Whether it’s entering the payments space or rolling out a new loyalty program, he lives for making lives easier.

Outside of work, you might find Guy on the squash court. By his own admission, he’s not great at it. But he loves the physical and mental workout, and is just competitive enough to keep at it.

If he had a theme song, it’d be Firestarter by The Prodigy. Not because he wants to burn things down, but because he’s here to challenge the status quo and spark something transformative.
