James has always been a data-driven thinker. Throughout his career, he’s picked up two crucial skills: a sharp eye for customer insights and a passion for using data to drive smarter marketing.
His real superpower, though, is translation. James is an absolute pro at breaking down complex ideas and making them easy to understand. He’ll demystify the heavily technical, while creating things that run smoothly without constant tinkering.
What gets James out of bed in the morning? Coffee, followed by a complex problem to solve. He loves getting in the zone with some electronic dance music (headphones on, thankfully) and getting stuck in.
Outside of work, James enjoys gaming, cooking, and occasionally threatening to play the saxophone. Right now, he’s most excited about creating fully connected customer experiences.
